Q: How do I book or submit a catering inquiry?

A: In all cases please check with the caterer FIRST prior to submitting any orders or monies to ensure that your requested date is available. You can do so by submitting a catering inquiry directly through the website. Please be as detailed as possible. 

Q: How long will it take to get a response to my catering inquiry?

A: Responses vary on the time received. (Ex. If received during the Summer or holiday season, response times may be delayed due to multiple customers submitting inquiries around the same time). Typically, you should receive a response within 48-72 hours.

Q: How much will my event cost?

A: Each event varies depending on various things. Please send a catering inquiry to further discuss your event. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Q: How much will the deposit be and when is it due?

A: Once a menu is agreed upon, a deposit of 50% is due within 72 hours to confirm your booking. If payment of your deposit isn’t fulfilled within 72 hours, you are to check with the caterer to ensure that price and availability is still the same.

After a deposit is submitted your date will be confirmed. The remaining balance will be due approximately one week prior to your event date.

You have the option of paying in full or sooner than your due date.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?

A: All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. No exceptions. In rare cases that the caterer has to cancel, you will be refunded in full.

Q: Have I secured booking if we have planned a menu but I have not yet paid the deposit?

A: No, your booking is only confirmed if you have paid the deposit or total balance in full.

Q: What if I need to change my event date?

A: If your event date changes, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid forfeiting your deposit. If your date changes, your new selected date is subject to availability. If the new date that you want is unavailable, you will have to book an available date or forfeit your deposit if changes are made less than 60 days prior to your event.

Q: What if I need to change my guest count?

A: Changes to your guest count must be made 60 days prior to your event date, no exceptions. You will need to get a new quote from us to reflect the new price.

A: Absolutely! Feel free to call or text directly at 216-413-7318. Hours of operation are listed in the Contact Us section. (Please DO NOT send a direct message on Facebook or Instagram). 

 

**Please be aware that when ordering catering to be delivered only (meaning you haven't rented any serving dishes, warmer racks or chaffers from us) you as the customer is responsible for reheating and keeping your food warm. All catering orders are to be delivered. Pick up is not an option at any time.
